At Surerus Place, we offer both assisted living and supportive housing residences. For seniors or persons with disabilities requiring additional support to continue to live independently we offer two daily meals, light house keeping, flat linen laundry service, recreational and activities programs, and a 24 hour Lifeline emergency response system. In addition assisted living residents receive personal assistance care from our partner Northern Health. For residents who are gardeners our location allows each resident their own raised bed to grow flowers or vegetables.
The units are unfurnished with kitchen, living and dining areas, bedroom and bathroom area. Residents have access to free washer and dryer for their personal clothes. There is a common dining room and lounge area for the residents and guests.
Our staff will provide assistance in the transition in your new life at Surerus Place. For those applications who are interested in assisted living we will help guide you through the process. You may qualify for the BC Housing Safer housing subsidy for elders over 60 years.
Surerus Place is close to downtown Chetwynd with doctors’ offices and other services.
